My Approach

Creating Connection and Healing

Through a caring relationship and effective psychotherapy methods, I aim to assist you in coping with many of life’s challenges. My therapy sessions are designed to provide you with ways to feel happy, calm and fulfilled.

I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Brainspotting and TRIP (Trauma Regulation and Integration Process). These last two cutting-edge therapies use eye positioning, covering and movement to gain insight and self-compassion and ultimately heal trauma and strong emotional experiences in a client-paced brain-and-body way.

I offer in-person and teletherapy sessions. My fee is $175 for a 50-minute session. I bill Anthem Blue Cross PPO insurance and UCSHIP. I can also provide a superbill so you can get reimbursed for out-of-network services.
