A Bit About My Services
Through a caring relationship and effective psychotherapy methods, I aim to assist you in coping with many of life’s challenges. My therapy sessions are designed to provide you with ways to feel happy, calm and fulfilled.
I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including Client-Centered, Cognitive, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Brainspotting and TRIP (Trauma Regulation and Integration Process). These last two cutting-edge therapies use eye positioning, covering and movement to gain insight and self-compassion and ultimately heal trauma and strong emotional experiences in a client-paced brain-and-body way.
